All attempts to lodge students with the multiple IDIQ contract holders will be made. However, it is expected that the contract holders will not be able to accommodate all students arriving in SEPTEMBER. These students will be housed using this RFQ. All offers will be evaluated based on meeting the location restriction (Brunswick, Darien, the Islands, Kingsland, etc.) and the requirements listed below. This may warrant a hotel inspection from a Government staff member. If the hotel meets the minimum requirements; then offers will be evaluated based on location, availability and then price.
