This is notice of intent to modify task order number HHSN269202200497U awarded to Apex Logic 200 S. Virginia Street Suite 470, Reno, NV 89501 under the authority of 41.U.S.C 253 (c) (1) as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR 6.302-2-2(b) (2). This is not a request for competitive proposals.

The Department of Clinical Research Informatics (DCRI) resides with in the Mark O. Hatfield Clinical Research Center, a state of the art, 250-bed biomedical research hospital located on the campus of National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

Currently, the Department of Clinical Research Informatics requires the procurement of a Hospitality Request module to the existing Hospital Services application which is a customized web application currently maintained by Apex Logic. Also, Apex Logic is to add a DTM Blood Product Request Service to the existing Hospital Services application which is a customized web application developed and currently maintained by Apex Logic.

The purpose of this award is to develop the Hospital Services application.
The objective of this modification is to add a Hospitality Request module to the existing Hospital Services application which is a customized web application currently maintained by Apex Logic. Also, to add a DTM Blood Product Request Service to the existing Hospital Services application which is a customized web application developed and currently maintained by Apex Logic.

Small businesses are encouraged to respond to this notice if they are capable to meet the needs of this requirement. Written responses to this notice shall be sufficient documentation to establish a bonfire capability and compatibility to fulfill requirement.

The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System code 334111 with a business size standard of 1,000.
