WILD HORSE GATHERER

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the procedures authorized in FAR Part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.

A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the most qualified and responsible contractor with the best price and can meet delivery deadlines. NAICS code: 115210 ; small business size is set at $7.0 million average annual receipts.

Contractors must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov)

Solicitation number #AG-83A7-S-11-0003 being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation documents and associated attachments and exhibits are available with this notice. The solicitation is for wild horse gatherer at the Jicarilla Ranger District of the Carson National Forest.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48, dated 1/31/2011.
