ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Site Improvements will be received by the City of Hornell Clerk’s Office, 82 Main Street, Hornell, NY 14843 until 2:00 PM local time on July 14, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the construction of various site improvements including a new splash pad, refurbish existing locker rooms, reconstruct existing tennis and basketball courts, and add new LED lighting for playing courts, in the City of Hornell, Hornell, NY 14843, as noted in the Bidding Documents dated June 2023. Bids will be received for the entire contract only. As indicated in the Bid Form, the Base Bids and Alternate Bid Items shall be on a stipulated sum basis.
