This is a Pre-solicitation Synopsis Notice for Park Cleaning Services at Hords Creek Lake, Coleman, Texas in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF).

1. CONTRACT INFORMATION:

The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for park cleaning services.

The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $250,000 and $500,000 including the base year and all option years.

Total Small Business set-aside.

Place of Performance: Hords Creek Lake, Coleman, Texas

The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months, up to 4 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each, and one (1) six-month option for a total contract period of up to 66 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein.

2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform park cleaning and maintenance services for the duration of the contract period.

3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation W9126G21Q0061 is on or about 10 September 2021. Quotes are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561720. The Small Business Size Standard is $19.5 Million.
