Kissimmee Utility Authority (“KUA”) is hereby requesting proposals for the construction and modification of KUA’s Hord Substation which will involve both construction of new substation facilities including Owner supplied 69kV bus structures and switches, transformer, 15kV metalclad switchgear, and metal enclosed capacitor bank and modification of existing relay panels within the existing substation facilities. New and modified facilities will be constructed immediately adjacent to existing energized lines and bus work. Only trained and qualified personnel will be allowed to work on-site.
