This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation AG-52B1-S-12-0001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for providing custodial services for the Supervisor's Office, Hoosier National Forest, Bedford, IN. The work involves providing standard custodial services three times a week after 4:30p.m. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $16.5mil. Contract will begin December 1, 2011. BASIS FOR AWARD: In accordance with FAR part 15.1010-2, a single award will be made to the contractor offering the overall lowest price, while meeting the technical acceptability criteria (lowest price-technically acceptable). One Base contract with Four Option Years is anticipated. Contractors must offer on the Base and all Options to be considered. No pre-quote meeting is scheduled.
