This specification sets forth the requirements for printing, saddle stitching, variable data imaging, and mailing of approximately 6,700,800 copies of a 64 page, self cover, saddle stitched, pamphlet printing in 4 color process.  Each pamphlet includes 1 insert that is folded and perforated to create 2 Business Reply Cards (BRC), printing on the face in four color process and black only on the back.  The BRC(s) must be bound into the text.
