The Government believes that after conducting market research and soliciting industry for response that the nature of this procurement is for services of a nature that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to modify the contract award by more than $25,000.00 in order to allow for additional work to be performed that was contemplated and priced at contract award but not incorporated into the IDIQ.
