The Town of Bel Air wishes to upgrade the existing Homestead Park by providing off-street parking including handicapped access to all elements of the park. In addition, the existing playground will be replaced and upgraded to the most recent specifications for accessibility. The existing basketball courts will be replaced with pickleball Court to address a perceived need in the community. Drainage, visibility from the road, all-weather access, lighting, and security will be improved base on the plans and specifications outlined in the scope of work. Sensitivity to the neighborhood during construction, maintenance of access to park elements and complete understanding of the project scope is emphasized as part of this effort. Pre-Bid meeting will be on Monday, March 20, 2023, 11:00 am in the DPW conference room located at 705 E. Churchville Road.
