The 482nd MSG/LGC Contracting Office, Homestead Air Reserve Base, Miami-Dade County, FL 33090 is issuing a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquistion Regulation 12.6 for a service contract to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform all operations in conjunction with the effort of supplying and servicing five (5) portable toilets located at various locations throughout Homestead ARB. Contract period is 01 Oct 2010 - 30 Sept 2011 with four (4) additional one (1) year renewable options, for a total of five (5) years. The NAICS code is 562991 and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7359, wtih a small business size standard of $5M. The RFQ, attached, will be awarded as a Firm Fixed price contract as a 100% small business set-aside. Offeror's are further advised that failure to register or update their registration annually will render their firm ineligable for government contracts.
