The Wyoming 84th Civil Support Team is seeking interested small business vendors who can provide an advanced homemade explosive (HME) training workshop March 6-10th 2017 for 20 personnel.

The advanced HME workshop shall result in participants having enhanced capabilities to support homemade explosive response and interdiction via the following:

-Recognition of equipment and precursors used to manufacture HMEs
-Highlight safety aspects of handling HMEs, precursors and bi-products
-Description of HME case studies featuring interdicted plots, attacks, and response operations
-Identify precursors and energetic materials with hand-held Raman and FTIR devices
-Demonstrate sample collection and mitigation techniques with HME products

Instructors shall have extensive experience with Raman and FTIR identification techniques.

This training shall be conducted in the Continental United States to ensure personnel are able to return to Wyoming for real world requirements.
