The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment (including Personal Protective Equipment for use in a COVID-19 environment), and other services necessary to provide homeless encampment clean-up services in Austin. The Contractor shall provide homeless encampment site clean-ups with the goal to improve the health, safety, and environment for both people experiencing homelessness and the general public.
