(16) Description - The selected vendor will be a brick and mortar educational institute that possesses and demonstrates proficient experience in the domains of disaster planning, emergency management and crisis leadership. The courses of study will be based upon case studies that investigate actual events (i.e. man-made or natural disasters), and are of a scale, relevancy and complexity that accurately reflect the magnitude of responsibility associated with either executive or senior executive levels of leadership. The selected vendor shall host two (2) courses, one GFOS and one LHS per year for a base year plus 4 option years. Each course will consist of up to 65 participants. The vendor will be required to host the event with adequate space, access, amenities, lighting and modern audio-visual equipment.
