Barnstable County is soliciting proposals from qualified professional Planning Consultants to undertake the development, preparation, and submission of the Barnstable County HOME Consortium’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan (Allocation Plan). The Allocation Plan shall conform to United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME) and HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) regulations.
