The material to be procured is 2433 ea Holster, Pistol, NSN 1095-01-541-1514 in accordance with Eagle Industries Unlimited Inc. (0D1Z5) P/N UH-92F-MS-UCA.  The Government's required delivery is 100 Days, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for shipment to various stock locations.  All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.

Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance.
All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
The solicitation contains a 100% Option which may be exercised at a later date at the discretion of the Government.
