OSPI intends to award a sole source contract to the Holocaust Center for Humanity to support and train Washington middle, junior high, and high school teachers, in instructing the lessons of the Holocaust and other acts of genocide using the best practices and guidelines for the high-quality instruction required by RCW 28A.300.115. Contractor shall expand its materials across Washington by providing professional development to school staff and community partners.
