PROSPER PORTLAND HOLMAN DOCK FREEBOARD REPLACEMENT Proposals due August 11, 2021, at 2:00 PM (Pacific) INVITATION TO BID #21-53 Prosper Portland, the redevelopment and economic development agency for the city of Portland, invites contractors to submit a bid for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of a steel-framed floating dock that will attach to the existing gangway at the Holman Dock. Bids should include costs for both a 120' floating dock and an alternative price for a 140' floating dock. Since the project site is open to the public, no pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this solicitation.
