The Air Force 49th Wing Chapel (49 WG/HC) and the 49th Contracting Squadron (49 CONS) are currently seeking sources for a requirement to provide Catholic priest services at the Holloman AFB Chapel.
This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Quote, nor does it restrict 49 CONS to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract is anticipated to be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by the 49 CONS to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with chapel staffing services on Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB).
REQUIREMENTS:
Contractor will fill the required position and perform the following duties:
-Provide religious services and pastoral care in support of Daily Mass, Confessions Hour, Sunday Mass, and Holy Days of Obligations to include Weekend Mass with an opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, baptisms, Lent/Advent Penance Services, Ash Wednesday, Holy Tridiuum Services, Holy Day Masses and all other Christian Feast days, as required.
-Provide sacramental ministry within the context of mass/worship service to all Catholic military/ DoD members and their family members. Exception for the Rite of Reconciliation, which will held once a week one hour prior to Mass.
Firms responding to this sources sought notice are also requested to provide the 49 CONS with capability statements, which need to include at a minimum:

-Business Status (8(a), Small, Hub-zone, Woman-owned, etc.)
-Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code
