The 49th Public Affairs Office and the 49th Contracting Squadron located at Holloman Air Force Base NM, are currently seeking potential sources for a non-personal services contract to provide the publishing, assembly, and distribution of a newspaper for Holloman AFB. The 49th Public Affairs Office will provide all editorial content and photographs to be published in the paper with the exception of advertisements. This requirement consists of organizing the newspaper layout in addition to the assembly and publishing of the newspaper. The contract resulting from this acquisition will be a no-cost type contract; this means the project will not be funded by appropriated government funds. Funding, used to provide all labor and materials, will be attained via the selling of advertisement space in the newspaper.
