The City of Roswell Council, the governing authority of the City of Roswell, Georgia (“the City”), is requesting offers for the Construction of the Holcomb Bridge Road Improvement Project. This TSPLOST project will improve the intersection of SR 140/Holcomb Bridge Road at Warsaw Road. Dual left-turn lanes will be constructed on three of the four approaches. Warsaw Road will also be widening from two lanes to four lanes from Holcomb Bridge Road to just north of Bainbridge Road. This project will also include the construction of sidewalks, a multi-use trail, and several retaining walls. Project elements include but are not limited to clearing, grading, concrete, curb and gutter, widening, storm drain, retaining walls, waterline, sanitary sewer, asphalt, driveways, guardrail, striping, new traffic signal. Exactly 540 calendar days have been set aside for the entire project. “Days”, means calendar days to complete after issuance of the notice to proceed.
