The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to issue a direct award task order to Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc. to provide the OCC’s Executive Committee and other senior leadership teams multiple team development engagements, individual executive coaching engagements, and the administration of Hogan team assessments led by Hogan certified consultant.
OCC has utilized Hogan’s suite of assessments as the core method for increasing self-awareness and focusing on key leader behaviors that can impact individual, team and organizational performance. Hogan assessments feature three distinct products that provide a dynamic and holistic picture of a leader’s personality characteristics, career derailment risks, core value drivers, and cognitive style. Grounded in more than four decades of validated research, Hogan assessments were the first to scientifically measure personality for business. The Hogan assessments are a suite of assessments that can only be debriefed by certified coaches and facilitators. Additionally, coaches at Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc. have developed Hogan team reports and conducted in-depth team workshops and development sessions with the OCC Executive Committee and their senior leadership teams.
As the use of both Hogan assessments and Hogan coached team development sessions provides continuity and consistency in methodology and data analysis, and Hogan has a familiarity with OCC culture and leadership, continued engagement with Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc. is appropriate. Utilizing a different assessment/vendor, especially for the purposes of engaging OCC senior leadership teams and aligning/relating their assessments to one another, the organization, and OCC’s strategic plan would be an undue burden to the OCC and unnecessarily increase costs to the agency.
The OCC contemplates award of a single Purchase Order. The initial period of performance is one year from the date of award. The Purchase Order will include three, one-year Option Years.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely at the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capacity to meet the requirement. All companies should provided information no later than 5:00 Eastern Time by March 27, 2020 for information to be considered.
