•1The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Change Evaluation Factor 1c to read : appropriate certifications. (All certifications shall be current at time of proposal submital and last through the conclusion of Evolution 4)
2. Remove the mountainous terrain environment with a relative altitude to Afghanistan (4500-8000 ft) requirement from the PWS.
3. Extend the Solicitation closing date to 10:00 AM EDST, 27 November 2012
