The Bureau of Indian Education intends to award sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Higher Learning Commission (HLC), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Higher Learning Commission provides a membership to keep the accreditation at Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) which will be beneficial to the students that earn credit hours and degrees at HINU. The purpose of this procurement is to award based on a sole source requirement, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm’s capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.
