The Government intends to award a sole-source contract on a lowest price technically acceptable basis to Hitachi High Technologies America, Inc. for licenses for a Hitachi SU 5000 Field Emission Variable Pressure SEM system.
FAR 6.302-1- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
