The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities: 6415 DataPoint Dr., Suite 400, San Antonio, TX 78229-3277. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and utilizing the Simplified Acquisition method described in FAR 13.106, the Period of Performance is from June 1, 2012 - August 11, 2012. PBGC works with HACU to develop and identify projects and/or areas of interest within PBGC for thirteen (13) students that participates in the HACU National Intern Program. The proposed contract is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 and 6.302.1.
