Hilltop Circulation The purpose of this project is to improve the pedestrian and vehicular circulation on the hilltop. This project will close through vehicular traffic on Colonnade Drive as we add a loop drive to Hilltop Drive. The scope included in this project will include: road construction, dirt fill, sidewalk removal and replacement, adding new sidewalk, concrete steps, concrete curb, rock wall construction, turf, landscape planting, railings, resurface of existing asphalt, milling and resurfacing, striping, pavers, signage, exterior lighting, and irrigation.
