The United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), is requesting information and conducting market research on the current vendor capabilities to provide qualified personnel experienced in migrating customers with highly customized applications built on HighVIEW version 4.x to HighVIEW version 5.x.   This Request for Information (RFI) is limited to only small businesses, and any responses received from large businesses will not be reviewed or maintained by the United States Federal Government.
