The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division, on behalf of the Warfighter Directorate, intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to DSM Dyneema LLC, Stanley, NC 28164, for HB210 unidirectional only, High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) ballistic materials.

DSM Syneema LLC is the only institution capable of providing these ballistic materials.

All Responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
