Award Evaluation Factors Contractor must have demonstrated experience in the development of and deployment in multiple HEAT conditions. The contractor shall support the Training Program with the capability to analyze the intelligence, environmental conditions, refine and follow operational Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP’s), instruction training. Will include tents and bivy sacks 6.0 Contractor Qualifications Execution of the major elements of this contract listed above require personnel with many years of demonstrated experience in the development of TTP’s and deployment in multiple environmental conditions, and background in operations in steep/technical terrain, to meet the mission critical elements. The skills required under the scope of this contract include but are not limited to the following: 1. Demonstrated tactical expertise in operations and field craft in harsh and adverse environmental conditions in high altitude and vertical terrain. To demonstrate knowledge and technical capability, offerors are required to submit proof of successful completion of two (2) projects similar in scope with their bid. This expertise must be validated by past performance on current and past SOCOM component activities and other partners within the last three (3) years. 2. Personnel with at least twenty (20) years of operational experience. 3. Personnel with appropriate technical degrees, experience and demonstrated U.S. Government sponsored operational training qualifications to include technical deployment, field, craft, firearms and personal security. 4. Demonstrated equipment research and testing along with associated training SOCOM component personnel in the areas of tactical mountain warfare operations in steep/mountainous terrain 5. Personnel must have at a minimum, active or eligible for SECRET Clearances. Top Secret Clearances preferred.
