High Dosage Tutorial Services for the Following Grade Spans- Grade Span 1: K-4th Grade, Grade Span 2: 5th-8th Grade, and/or Grade Span 3: 9th-12th Grade Forest Municipal School District is requesting proposals for high dosage tutorial services to address student learning gaps for the following grade spans: K-4th Grade, 5th-8th Grade, and 9th-12th Grade. Vendors may submit proposals that include all three grade spans or a single grade span. With each grade span, the high dosage tutorial proposal should include at minimum the following services: data review to identify student learning gaps; individualized tutorial services to address learning gaps among students; and collaboration with classroom teachers to plan and implement high dosage tutorial services outside of the classroom. At the vendor’s discretion, the vendor may include additional services within the proposal. All high-dosage tutorial services are to be held during regular school hours.
