High Calcium Quicklime, As Needed Annual Requirement, Spokane Solid Waste Disposal, Waste To Energy Facility (WTEF), City Of Spokane. Annual Estimated Quantity 6,000 Tons More Or Less. Delivery Frequency - daily or every other day - depends on usage - Normal delivery amount - 32 Tons Vendor must be able to provide As Needed Pump-out Services of WTEF Storage Tank. The proposed contract shall be for a year two (2) year period beginning approximately December 1, 2019, spanning thru November 30 , 2021. Contract renewals or extensions, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the City. The contract may be extended for three (3) additional one-year contract periods, subject to mutual agreement, with the total contract period not to exceed five (5) years. All communication between the Bidder and the City upon receipt of this bid shall be via the “Clarification Tab” within ProcureWare.
