The intent of this solicitation is to establish a supply and delivery contract for quicklime for the Conserv II Water Reclamation Facility at 5420 L.B. McLeod Road, Orlando, FL 32811. The contractor will be required to provide quicklime together with all equipment, labor, transportation, appliance and all other facilities, and incidentals necessary for the delivery and loading of the product into the lime storage silos
