NOTICE TO BIDDERS City of Gulfport will accept bids for mast arm poles as described in specification. Specifications may be obtained from the City of Gulfport Procurement Office, 1410 24th Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501, or by email (preferred method) [email protected]. Electronic copies of the bid specifications are available from Central Bidding at www.centralauctionhouse.com. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. Questions – all questions reading this bid should be in writing and directed to Jessica Versiga by email: [email protected]. The City of Gulfport will receive un-priced solicitations by sealed envelope until 10 am on June 27, 2022 in Procurement Office at 1410 24th Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501 or by electronic submission at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Submissions will be evaluated and vendors submitting acceptable offers will be invited to submit priced bids (via email) through a Reverse Auction. Reverse Auction bids are to be submitted at www.centralauctionhouse.com. For any questions contact Central Bidding at 1-225-810-4814. Bidding will be held by Reverse Auction on June 30, 2022 from 10am to 10:30am. The City reserves the right to utilize “anti-sniping” for reverse auctions. Anti-sniping is a tool that automatically extends the bid time for reverse auction by fifteen (5) minutes if a vendor places a bid in the final five (5) minutes of the reverse auction. The anti-sniping effect will auto extend the reverse auction bid time any time a bid is placed in the last five (5) minutes of the reverse auction and can auto extend the reverse auction multiple times until the bidding on the reverse auction ends. The City of Gulfport reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to waive formalities. The City is NOT responsible for bids which are mailed to the wrong address or which arrive in the after the designated bid opening time. UN-Priced bids may be delivered in person to the Procurement office prior to the bid opening time and date at the address listed above.
