IT IS THE GOVERNMENTS INTENT TO SET-ASIDE THIS COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT - 100% TO SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. THE NAICS IS 334510 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF 500 Employees. This Sources Sought encourages maximum participation of interested Small companies to verify that the Government can satisfy that 2 or more contractors can meet this requirement.
HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE:
1. Provide your company name, address, phone and fax number, the name, phone number, and title of a person to contact, DUNs and Bradstreet number, business size and whether 51% or more of these items can be supplied through a GSA Scheduled contract.
2. Description of each related requirement completed by your company as a prime Contractor or as a significant subcontractor within the past three (3) years, including as much of the following information as possible:
(a) A brief description of the technical requirements of that project;
(b) The specific information on your company's previous experience in providing the type of products required by this announcement; and,
(c) The name, address, point of contact and phone number of customer
Interested sources that believe they possess the capabilities necessary to undertake this requirement should submit an electronic copy of their capability statement, addressing the criteria identified above. Any proprietary information should be so marked. Written capability statements shall clearly and unambiguously demonstrate ability to provide the requirement identified in this notice in order to allow the Government to determine the organizations qualifications to provide the service/product. Responses to this notice should sent via email to A1C Michelle Heth, Contractor Specialist at [email protected] with a copy to Monique Pelletier, Contracting Officer at [email protected] 12:00 p.m., Central Standard Time no later than Wednesday, July 27, 2011. No telephone requests will be honored.
Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
