The purpose of this IFB is to obtain the services of an Engineering firm with Stationary Engineer(s) to oversee the operations of all the systems within the Building occupied by the Department of Labor at 303 W. Old Country Road, Hicksville, NY 11801. The services required include but are not limited to, HVAC, Security, Lighting Controls, plumbing, and electric as well as performing other required services such as miscellaneous carpentry and construction services and routine maintenance work.
