The Village of Pinecrest is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms for various improvements for Hibiscus Gallery, a room inside Pinecrest Gardens, 11000 SW 57 Avenue, Pinecrest, Florida. The project includes replacing AC unit, ductwork and clerestory window removal and replacement, as well as, installation of an AC unit barrier. The work includes electrical work and installation of new lighting.
