This procurement is for portable Polycom Unified Conference stations for small to medium conference rooms to allow OIG to conduct audio and video meetings. HHS/OIG currently utilizes Microsoft Lync for video and web conferencing for meetings, presentations, and training. As such HHS/OIG needs Conference Stations that are able to support large numbers of employees in one room with clear sounds and video, transportable, and is backwards compatible with Microsoft Lync. Polycom Unified Conference Station provides these services and fulfills HHS/OIG's needs.
