This is an urgent requirement for commercial services being procured under FAR Part
15 procedures and the flexibilities authorized under FAR Part 18 to support urgent
COVID-19 pandemic public health activities and is authorized under the CARES Act.
This acquisition is sole source requirement to vendor:  NDA Partners LLC, 40 Commerce Lane Suite D,  Rochelle, VA 22738-4009.

This requirement is for the acquisition of contractor support staff to conduct highly specialized medical services to conduct review of laboratory developed test (LDT) protocols and provide technical expertise in support of expanding availability of diagnostic testing for COVID-19 in support of The Department of
Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH).
