Sources Sought - HHS Innovation LabSources Sought #: HHS-OS-ASPR/BARDA-SS-15-011The Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Readiness (ASPR), Division of Analytic Decision Support (ADS), is seeking interested sources that are capable of designing, procuring, installing and maintaining the operations of an immersive visualization system to support ADS's content development of mathematical medical consequence modeling in The HHS Innovation Lab. ASPR is conducting this Market Survey to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace and to identify capable sources. Interested sources must respond with information to confirm evidence of their qualifications and capabilities. This survey will support market research obtained from multiple sources and will be utilized for planning purposes only.

Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.

This is not a request for proposal - no proposals are being requested nor accepted at this time. All interested parties are advised that ASPR will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this market survey. Any information provided under this market survey is for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any propriety information submitted will be protected if appropriately market. Vendor participation in any informational sessions is not a promise of future business with ASPR.
Respondents who believe that they possess the expertise and experience to meet the government's needs as described above are invited to submit technical and management capabilities addressing those requirements. These may include but are not limited to: (a) staff expertise, including their availability, experience, and formal and other training; (b) current in-house capability and capacity to perform the work; (c) prior completed projects of similar nature; (d) corporate experience and management capability; and (e) examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and other related information. All respondents must indicate in their capability statement the following:
