This will be a sole source requirement to procure the services and items listed in this document using Other Than Full and Open Competition prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This J&A is for award of a new follow-on sole source contract to accomplish the completion of 14/15 aircraft installations, technical data package, and an Interim Contractor Support (ICS) capability as well as the procurement/installation/integration of 16 additional Joint Urgent Operational Need Statement (JUONS) solution Distributed Aperture Infra Red CounterMeasures (DAIRCM) Group A kits and continued ICS support.  The contract will consist of a one year base period with 4 one year options.

USAF effort consists of procuring Group A kits. The Group B kits are furnished to the Air Force as GFP.

A sole source contract will be issued to DRS Advanced ISR, LLC 2601 Mission Point Blvd, Ste 250 Beavercreek, OH 45431, CAGE:0CDN3 per authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
