This market survey is being conducted to locate additional sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide Interim Contractor Support for the RDR 1600 CWR Receiver Transmitter (RT) (NSN 5841-01-558-5785; P/N 379-201-001) and RDR 1600 CWR associated components to include the Video Display Terminal (VDT) installed on 19 United States Air Force (USAF) HH-60G aircraft. The service being pursued by this contract is to manage the inventory of installed and spare RDR 1600 CWRs, fill open requirements and to repair depot and field generated unserviceable CWR components. This service includes acquiring serviceable replacement RDR 1600 CWR components for any that are deemed beyond economical repair. The basic contract duration is for a 12 month period of performance (PoP) with four, one-year options. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the RDR 1600 CWR is Telephonics and the VDT is L-3 Communications. The government does not own the rights to the data required to manufacture the assembly. The OEM is unwilling to sell the rights of this data to the Government.
