The scope of the project aims to address the deteriorated condition of baffle blocks within the Heyburn Lake spillway structure at Heyburn Lake, Oklahoma. Baffle blocks play a crucial role in regulating water flow and preventing erosion, ensuring the stability and longevity of the spillway. Based on inspections conducted, it has been observed that several baffle blocks require immediate replacement due to significant damage and degradation. The main tasks include:? Constructing and maintaining upland temporary access/haul roads for work access. No fill within the channel or stilling basins will be permitted.? Removing riprap, coarse aggregate, silt, debris, and other foreign material within the stilling basin around the baffle blocks.? Replacing displaced baffle blocks as per the Plans and Specifications provided.? Restoring any constructed or damaged access/haul roads used during the performance of the project.Heyburn Lake is a reservoir on Polecat Creek in Creek County, Oklahoma.
