Interior remodel of the west portion of the existing building at 123 Bavarian Hills Plaza, Hermann, Missouri, as a new Community Clinic for Hermann Area District Hospital. The 25,664 square foot building is owned by Scenic Regional Library. Scenic Regional Library is under separate contract for remodel and renovation of the east portion of the building as well as the exterior of the building. The Library and Clinic projects will run concurrently. The HADH Community Clinic project specifically consists of interior construction of 10,894 square feet for a clinic to include exam and treatment rooms, negative air/isolation suite, offices, medical clinic ancillary and support spaces.
