The City of Cumming (Owner) is requesting Proposal for the construction of the following Project: 20067- HENDRIX ROAD TANK REHABILITATION Proposals for the construction of the Project will be received at the Cumming City Hall located at 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040, until Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 11:30 AM local time. Results of the Proposal scoring will be public posted in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers. There will NOT be a pre-proposal meeting. The Project includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment for the following Work: Painting existing tank, installing cathodic protection system and passive hydraulic mixing system, disinfecting tank and pipelines, and placing tank into operation. Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $500,000. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days.
