Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a Memorandum of Agreement with a qualified supplier who will provide official sampling of hemp and hemp products produced by licensed Georgia hemp growers and permitted Georgia hemp processors to the Georgia Department of Agriculture (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this RFP. The Supplier CANNOT be a licensed hemp grower or permitted hemp processor or have a beneficial financial interest in a licensed hemp grower or permitted hemp processor.
