a. Must perform a viscoelastic hemostasis assay testing that measure the global visco-elastic properties of whole blood clot formation under low shear stress.
b. Must provide point of care testing within 30 minutes.
c. Must be easily repeated, compared, and contrasted.
d. Must have availability of additional testing.
e. Must have minimal calibration of at least 2-3 times daily.

g. Must have simple, self contained cartridge system.
