This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quptes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation H92243-10-T-LH03 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The associated naics code is 451110 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500. This is a small business set-aside

CLIN 0001 - 600 ea HELO PERSONAL RETENTION LANYARD

For use as a personal retention lanyard in a helicopter. Uses all black, non reflective, oxide plated quick release shackle made of stainless steel. Oversize quick release shackle allows the user to easily release from harness or belt in the event of an unplanned landing. Swedged release pin eliminates plunger pin from releasing in the event the retaining ring is broken. Retaining split ring is safety TIG welded. Quick release shackle uses velcro to secure the release tab inplace to lessen the chance of inadvertent release. Built with mil spec 5625 tubular webbing, this lanyard tests at over 3400 lbf. (15kN) breaking strength. Kong Tango double locking snap hook is classified to meet NFPA 1983/2006 edition standards. Length retracted 20 inches. Length fully extended 31 inches. Color: Terra, Mfg Yeates part # Y565T or equal.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on price.
