The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Helm Console P/N 10-2298-1A-2C and Lee Helm Console P/N 10-2299-1A-2C, this will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
