This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued.  This requirement is for Brand Name or equal equipment.

The U.S. Secret Service intends to purchase fifty (50) Heckler and Koch Model MP5A3 sub-machine guns;  part number # 090019-A5; Caliber: 9 x 19mm; NAVY trigger group ; with Retractable Buttstock P/N 217988; Front Sight P/N 700126; Rear Sight P/N 204998 installed on weapon with one magazine and sling.

 Delivery of the subject equipment shall be no later than 90 days after receipt of the Order.

Final delivery and location will be provided at time of award. 

Selection of award will be based on lowest priced technically acceptable.
